Coming into the off season, I was looking for a trainer to help me prepare for next hockey season. I needed to improve in every area of my game and I knew Brent could help me become the player I wanted to be. After meeting with Brent, we sat down to discuss and set our goals that I wanted to reach during the duration of the 5 month training program. I wanted to improve in key areas of strength, agility, quickness, balance and power. I reached everyone of my goals, and more. Each session Brent pushed me to my limit, and motivated me to do that extra rep. Brent knew all the specific exercises specific to hockey, which I knew would help me become "the complete player" I was looking to be. Thanks Brent, my fitness level has increased dramatically, and my game has improved in ways I can't describe. Not only can I see the results, but I can feel them when I am on the ice. I am a lot faster, quicker, more agile, and stronger than ever before and I credit you for my improvements. You never let me quit, and that only helped me in the end. Thanks again for everything!
