PARTNER TRAINING (2 PARTICIPANTS)
This is a great option if you have two people with similar goals and objectives, looking to maximize efficiency while adding another level of motivation. Training with a partner can still provide excellent benefits and outcomes, while including many of the services integrated with our one one one packages.
As with all of our packages and services, these sessions are not strictly for the elite athlete, and can be implemented with any level or fitness background.
Adding another level of accountability to your workout can ensure your partner is keeping you on track even on days where workouts seem to be the last thing on on your mind.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING (4-6 PARTICIPANTS)
Small group personal training is more than just an economic alternative to one-on-one training. Small Group at PFPC offers many of the benefits of working with a personal trainer at a fraction of the cost. Group options tend to push intensity and focus to a new level, while adding a fun, social element. Whether Competing with or directly against friends, family, or co-workers, the small group approach is a great way to incorporate fitness and performance training into your daily routine.
