Contact forms

This site uses contact forms to help users submit questions about the services provided by Precision Fitness and Performance Centre (PFPC). We collect personal data such as: first and last names, email addresses, phone numbers as a means to identify the person submitting the form, and to contact that person with a response. No identifying information is shared with any other third party for the purposes of marketing. All of our forms utilize recaptcha. This is a Google anti-spam tool that we use to ensure that only legitimate users are submitting contact forms. Visit Google Recaptcha to learn more. It is good practice to avoid submitting highly sensitive content through website contact forms. Please provide only the information required to describe your feedback, or question, to get a helpful response.
